Note:
– As you might have seen in the video, in the past you had to remove the upper profile screws in order to mount the top parts. This is no longer necessary.
– The Top-Parts will be mounted to the frame in the last step.
a) Bearing Installation
Insert a 608 bearing into a top part (e.g. 1_LeftTop_A_V3.6.stl). It should fit snugly. Make sure the bearing slides straight in, otherwise it will be difficult to insert the bearing. (You should not need a tool for this). Do this for all top parts.
c) Screw Installation
It’s a good idea to mount the screws now. You need four M5x8mm screws and four T-Nuts for this.
b) The Top-Part-Unit
Side note: To keep the animations a bit simpler, from now on the top parts will be shown in pairs. A pair consists of two top parts (–> 1_LeftTop_A_V3.6.stl + 1_LeftTop_B_V3.6.stl).
